When will my order be shipped?
Normally, We ship Monday-Fridays. However, we ask that all of our customers take in account that there is a 24-hour processing period. Once, your order has been processed then we ship off your order the following morning.
What is your return policy?
Please refer to the "Store Policies" Page. It will answer your question about returning items that may be damaged or used. We do not offer trades for any of our products. Please make sure that you are ordering the products that "YOU" want.
Do you offer gift cards?
Currently we do not offer Gift Cards. That is something that we will offer in the future.
What are the payment options?
Currently, we accept online payments, Apple Pay, After pay, Klarna and PayPal payments. We encourage you to save your credit card information to help you with future purchases.
What Days Do You Deliver Locally?
* Only In Winston-Salem, NC*
Local deliveries will be on Wednesday, Fridays, and Saturdays with a $10 delivery fee. Deliveries can be made from after 4:00pm on (Weds,Fri,Sat)
We only do local deliveries in Winston-Salem, NC. If you live in other cities in the NC region then allow 3 business days for your items to be delivered to you.
How Do I become a Brand Ambassador or Promoter?
Yes, there is a lot of information in regards to Brand Ambassadors, PRs, and Promoters. In our efforts to help others, we want to make sure that we are not scammed as well. Going forward there will be contracts and negotiations for all Brand Ambassadors and PRs. Promoters will have different information as they are not all the same. Do We Ship International?
